Customer “XXX” is a fly shop and outfitter that operates in the western US, and started using the FLyBOOK™ full time in 2009.  Between 2009 and 2010 they experienced a modest 6% increase in the total number of guide days, a 5% increase in total number of customers served, and a 7% increase in total order amount.
